End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding legal agreement between you ("User") and YourWeb3Guy ("Licensor") governing your download, installation, and use of the YourWeb3Guy mobile application and services.

1. Grant of License

Licensor grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. License Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, or commercially exploit the Application.
  • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
  • Scrape or harvest data from the Application using automated means without explicit written consent.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, source code, logos, trademarks, and media within the Application remain the exclusive intellectual property of YourWeb3Guy.

4. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Licensor. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
